Division of Student Affairs staff who have been employed two or more years can be nominated for more than one of the eight awards in a calendar year. While an employee will receive one award per year, a past winner will not be eligible for a specific award two consecutive years.

2024 Award nominations are due Friday, May 3.

Please attach a letter of nomination, no longer than one page or 700 words, that includes the following:

  1. Introduce the nominee
    1. Name
    2. Title/Role
    3. Department
    4. Years of Service
    5. Award being nominated for
    6. Reason for nomination
    7. Nominator’s relationship to the nominee
  2. How does the candidate demonstrate the characteristics outlined in the award description?
  3. Please provide at least one specific example of their work and their impact.
  4. How does this person go above and beyond demonstrating that they deserve this award?
