Manager, Strategy & Impact

Reporting to and with the support of the Associate Vice Chancellor of Career Development and Education, the Manager of Strategy and Impact will have the following goals: (1) develop the operations model to support career center systems and processes, programs and events, customer service, data collection, and reporting; (2) build the infrastructure to support the operations model, including creating the organizational chart and writing position descriptions; (3) transition existing staff into new roles with appropriate support and hiring new staff; (4) supervise the Strategy and Impact team, a group of approximately 20 professionals, setting annual goals, evaluating performance, and supporting career development; (5) and develop a unit-level strategic plan in support of the career center’s goals and regularly assess and report on progress.
