To successfully submit photos or other images for posts:
- Acceptable image file formats are .jpg and .png.
- If you can size and crop the images before submitting, that’s preferred. If not, the web team will edit your image(s) to fit the guidelines.
- Note: the Website Update Request form limits the size of image attachments to 10 MB. If you have a larger image to submit, please email it to your Brand Manager.

Image for Staff Contact or Student Profile: 455 x 455 pixels
Department page header-top image: 920 x 1000 pixels
Department page footer-bottom image: 920 x 500 pixels
