Due to necessary lead time, please submit your entries to us by the second Friday of each month. Starting in October 2023, we will update the board monthly from October 2023 to May 2024. Questions? Email Marketing & Communications.

We will not be designing individual flyers for the events featured. All submissions will be compiled into one comprehensive and visually appealing design to cover the whole bulletin board surface with the goal of promoting many great events and initiatives occurring across the Division!
